About the Job
This is not a basic social media or Canva-only role. We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive digital expert who can fully own our website, SEO, and digital presence end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced WordPress website management and optimization.
- Independent website audits, technical SEO, UX, speed and structure.
- Identify and fix performance, indexing, and conversion issues.
- Create and optimize service pages, landing pages, blogs, and testimonials.
- Confident use of GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Strong hands-on local SEO experience.
- Keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking, and optimization.
- Google Business Profile optimization.
- Ability to execute SEO without outsourcing or third-party reliance.
- Social media promotions aligned with business goals.
- Reel editing and short-form video creation.
- Professional-quality brochures, flyers, and promotional assets.
- Strong aesthetic sense suitable for a luxury medical spa.
- Highly responsive on WhatsApp during working hours.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Fast execution with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working directly with busy physicians and leadership.
- Light Executive / Administrative Support as needed.
- Platform access coordination.
- Vendor or developer follow-ups.
- Basic operational or administrative tasks.
