About the Job
We are looking for a high-performance Business Development Manager who lives and breathes sales, conversion, and results. This role is not admin. This is not passive relationship management. This is closing deals and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound buyer leads into signed deals.
- Build and leverage relationships with builders and developers.
- Package and sell house & land opportunities aligned to client needs.
- Drive urgency and guide clients from enquiry to deposit.
- Negotiate and secure commercial outcomes and commissions.
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales closer in real estate or high-ticket sales.
- Strong understanding of the Australian property market.
- Ability to handle objections and move clients to action.
- Confident, persuasive, and commercially sharp.
- Hungry, competitive, and results-obsessed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with first home buyers, grants, and low-deposit strategies.
- Existing relationships with builders, brokers, or developers.
- Track record of high conversion rates.
