About the Job
We’re looking for a results-driven ADS Expert with hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising across Google, Meta, Instagram and Reddit. This role is focused on performance, audience strategy, and data-driven optimization. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Monitor performance daily and make data-backed optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency.
- Test creatives, copy, formats, and bidding strategies to scale winning campaigns.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, including feed optimization, product segmentation and Smart Shopping / Performance Max strategies.
- Manage Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns when needed.
- Analyze search terms, keywords, and product performance to continuously improve results.
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting segments across platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel audience strategy.
- Ability to analyze user behavior and segment audiences based on intent and key actions.
- Use GoHighLevel to add users to audiences based on key events, remove users from audiences when specific actions are complete and coordinate audience syncing between GHL and ad platforms to improve targeting accuracy and reduce wasted spend.
- Track and report on campaign performance using platform dashboards and analytics tools.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate results clearly and make actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Strong expertise in Google Shopping Ads.
- Solid understanding of audience creation, retargeting, and funnel-based advertising.
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel for audience management.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of ad performance.
- Experience scaling e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge with conversion tracking, pixels, and event-based tracking.
- Experience with creative testing frameworks and CRO collaboration.
