About the Job
This is a full-time role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling day-to-day administration, rostering, staff follow-ups, and compliance-related tasks. You will work closely with the existing in-office team to help manage their administrative workload and ensure staff rosters, attendance, and compliance records are kept accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily staff rostering and scheduling.
- Manage and update rosters using ShiftCare.
- Monitor staff clock-in/clock-out records and attendance.
- Follow up with staff regarding missed shifts, incomplete tasks, or roster-related concerns.
- Call and text support workers regarding roster changes, attendance, and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff compliance records.
- Monitor compliance documents and follow up on expired or expiring liscences, certificates, mandatory checks and other required staff documentation.
- Assist with new staff onboarding, including document collection and record keeping.
- Provide general HR and administrative support to the team.
- Manage basic emails, calendars, and receptionist-type administrative tasks.
- Assist with repetitive administrative tasks to help improve the efficiency of the existing office team.
- Ensure administrative records are accurate, organised, and maintained in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in NDIS administration, rostering, or support coordination administration is highly preferred.
- ShiftCare experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with Australian staff and service providers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable handling repetitive, detail-heavy, and compliance-focused administrative work.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work setup.
- Strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule.
