About the Job

We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong experience in Xero accounting software who can start immediately. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage both accounting responsibilities and administrative tasks to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. As an NDIS provider, we are looking for someone who is also experienced in handling client-related administrative work, including maintaining client records and coordinating with families.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end processes.
  • Maintain and organize client files in compliance with NDIS requirements.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding client-related matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations of the business.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper using Xero.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both accounting and admin duties.
  • Experience working with NDIS providers or similar environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Experience in client-facing administrative roles.
