About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to help identify potential clients and book appointments for our sales team. This role focuses primarily on lead generation and appointment setting. Experience with the full sales cycle or closing deals is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective clients through various channels.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other platforms.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.
- Follow up with prospects as needed.
- Meet lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and databases.
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
