About the Job
We are seeking a highly technical and results-driven Lead Generation Campaign Operator / Email Deliverability Specialist to manage and optimize our outbound email infrastructure and AI-powered lead generation systems. This role is ideal for someone experienced in cold email infrastructure, AI automation, domain setup, email warm-up, and campaign optimization with a strong understanding of deliverability best practices in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build highly targeted lead lists using Clay or Apollo.
- Identify buying intent and prospect engagement signals.
- Use AI tools to generate hyper-personalized outreach messages.
- Analyze LinkedIn profiles, company data, and recent news for personalization.
- Purchase and configure secondary outreach domains.
- Set up and maintain proper DNS records SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Monitor sender reputation and inbox placement.
- Execute email warm-up strategies using Reachinbox.
- Simulate human email interaction using automated tools.
- Maintain safe sending volumes and domain rotation schedules.
- Monitor deliverability metrics and spam risks.
- Launch and manage AI-powered cold email campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, email copy, CTA placement, personalization strategies and sending schedules.
- Optimize campaigns based on reply rates and deliverability performance.
- Reduce spam triggers through SpinTax, dynamic personalization, tracking optimization and manual reply strategies.
- Implement AI-driven outreach workflows.
- Integrate automation tools for lead qualification, email sequencing, CRM syncing and follow up automation.
- Use conversational AI and qualification systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Instantly, ReachInbox, and Apollo.
- Strong understanding of DNS configuration, SMTP, email authentication protocols and email deliverability.
- Experience with email verification platforms such as Zero Bounce.
- Ability to structure campaigns to avoid spam filters.
- Experience with AI-assisted outreach systems and personalization workflows.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with multichannel outreach.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation.
- Experience managing multiple domains and inboxes at scale.
- Understanding of modern deliverability standards and inboxing strategies for 2026.
