About the Job
We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building, configuring, and optimizing GoHighLevel account of the clients, ensuring each setup is scalable, automated, and tailored to their business goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building efficient systems, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build sales funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, workflows and surveys.
- Optimize conversion workflows aligned to specific client objectives.
- Build advanced automations using triggers, pipelines, tags, and actions.
- Set up and manage email and SMS campaigns including deliverability optimization.
- Configure domains, DNS, CNAME, SPF, DKIM, MX, and SSL.
- Set up phone numbers, voicemail flows, and email systems.
- Build reusable, scalable snapshots for client onboarding.
- Maintain documentation and version control for snapshot libraries.
- Join onboarding calls to walk clients through their new GHL account.
- Provide clear training, tutorials, and support for platform usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years GoHighLevel experience, ideally across multiple agency accounts.
- Strong understanding of SaaS mode, sub-account management, and white labeling.
- Proven ability to build funnels, automations, and systemized onboarding flows.
- Comfortable with technical setup, DNS, Twilio, Mailgun, SMTP.
- Able to communicate with clients clearly and professionally.
- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple projects remotely.
- Familiarity with Zapier, and Make.
- Basic HTML/CSS for funnel and email customization.
- Experience creating SOPs or training resources for internal or client use.
- Understanding of the SaaS reseller model within GHL.
