About the Job

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent written communicator.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Send meeting invites, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and action items.
  • Manage inboxes, sort, flag, and prioritize emails.
  • Draft and send professional emails using templates or guidance.
  • Prepare basic reports and status updates.
  • Update CRM and project management tools.
  • Take meeting notes and send recaps.
  • Organize shared files and maintain digital records.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
