About the Job
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent written communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
- Send meeting invites, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Follow up on pending tasks and action items.
- Manage inboxes, sort, flag, and prioritize emails.
- Draft and send professional emails using templates or guidance.
- Prepare basic reports and status updates.
- Update CRM and project management tools.
- Take meeting notes and send recaps.
- Organize shared files and maintain digital records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
