About the Job
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Cold Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential clients. Your primary mission is to break through the noise, engage decision-makers, and convert no’s into qualified appointments for our sales executives. The ideal candidate is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
- Follow scripts while adapting to different customer responses.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Follow up with potential customers when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly phone presence.
- The drive to follow up and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using power dialers and HubSpot CRM software.
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a sales closer.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
