About the Job

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to drive our end-to-end sales efforts. In this role, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while fueling revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging ideal prospects, initiating outbound conversations, qualifying leads, and managing deals through to completion. This role is critical for improving pipeline quality, increasing deal velocity, and driving sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, outreach, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify target accounts and key decision makers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Initiate outbound conversations via email, calls, and social channels to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, challenges, and fit for our solution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in HubSpot/Go High Level CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably handling full-cycle sales in a SaaS industry.
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outbound sales and follow-ups.
  • Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and grow within the sales function.
  • Familiarity with other CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
