About the Job
We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Specialist to lead the setup, optimization, and ongoing management of our HubSpot ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical and strategic experience in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting. The ideal candidate understands how to align sales and marketing processes within HubSpot to improve efficiency, visibility, and conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM to support business goals and streamline internal processes.
- Configure pipelines, properties, lists, dashboards, and user permissions within HubSpot.
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows for lead capture, segmentation, nurturing, and follow-up.
- Create, execute, and optimize email campaigns to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing strategies that improve engagement and conversion throughout the customer journey.
- Monitor campaign and CRM performance through reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure strong sales and marketing alignment by improving handoff processes, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and automation rules within HubSpot.
- Audit and continuously improve existing HubSpot setup, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Support data hygiene, contact management, and overall CRM accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HubSpot is being used effectively across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a HubSpot Specialist, HubSpot Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM setup and optimization.
- Expertise in marketing automation, workflow building, and process improvement.
- Experience managing email campaigns, lead nurturing, and performance reporting.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing alignment within HubSpot.
- Ability to build reports and dashboards that translate data into clear business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, organized CRM data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results efficiently.
- HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage.
- Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stage management.
- Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization.
